Our team regularly offers general beginner training courses as well as training courses on the individual modules and topics for Winestro.Cloud. Our training courses generally take place online via Microsoft Teams; on-site training courses at our office in Mainz or at your company are the exception. When are training courses offered?

We offer training courses every week on multiple days! Just send us an email when you want to join.

How long does a training course take?

It always depends on the topic. But usually 1-2 hours. We inform you of the duration in advance.

What do training courses cost?

The costs for participating in an training can be found in the current price overview on our homepage.

Do I have to prepare in any way?

Yes! You should definitely have looked into the program before a training course and have already created a customer, an order and an invoice. You should also get an overview in this help wiki in the section Function overview.

Are own questions possible in the trainings?

Our instructors will gladly take the time to answer your questions afterwards or during the course

Do you absolutely need training?

It depends on what to want to use in the program. For example for using our parcel label service a training course in advance in necessary.

Don't be afraid to make mistakes: thanks to the automatic daily and - if necessary - manual backups, you can always undo your test entries. However, since the training courses convey a feeling of security in handling and still show a few tricks of the trade, they can be very helpful in your daily work and make your day-to-day work easier.

What happens if I cannot attend my training course?

You will not be charged if you cancel up to 48 hours before the start of the course. After this deadline, we will unfortunately have to charge you a partial amount, as our employees will already have prepared for the date by this time. Of course, you are free to postpone an appointment. You will then be contacted to reschedule your appointment. Here too, we ask you to adhere to the 48-hour deadline to avoid any inconvenience.

Remote-courses via Microsoft Teams

If you have any general questions about the use of individual modules, or if you see a need for training on individual topics for you and your company, please contact us via a ticket in the help forum or by email at info@winestro.cloud. We will then contact you immediately to find a training date for you and your employees. You can find an overview of the various themed training courses that we have prepared for you at the end of this section. Of course, you can also send us a list of questions on the subject area of the respective training course in advance, which can help you to use the training time effectively. During these training courses, our employees will go through all the steps and individual clicks in the call with you. This gives you the opportunity to be really sure that you understand every process. Your confidence in using the program increases immediately as you can go through the processes yourself.

In addition, we offer group training sessions (e.g. cellar training sessions shortly before the grape harvest) for you several times a year, adapted to the respective season. These group training courses have several advantages for you: on the one hand, we can offer you these group training courses at more favourable conditions, and on the other hand, the exchange with other colleagues provides new perspectives and suggestions for your own work.

Our training courses are held via the Teams meeting tool. Please make sure that you (and your colleagues, if applicable) are at a workstation with Internet access. To ensure that the training runs smoothly, we recommend that you have connected and tested your speakers and microphone in advance.

What kind of individual trainings are available to me?

Impact training: A loft training covers all points of the area of work in the vineyard and focuses on the efficient use of loft recording as well as loft evaluation. In this way, at the end of a vintage, you can determine exactly how much each bottle has cost in production.

1. Newsletter training: In the newsletter training course you will learn everything you need to know about successfully addressing customers by mail. Starting with customer selection, through setting up the newsletter interface, to using the newsletter designer.
2. Statistics training: Some time ago, we fundamentally expanded the statistics area of Winestro.Cloud and restructured it in favour of better clarity. In this area you should now find all the evaluations your winemaker's heart desires. In order to be able to fully exploit the potential of the new statistics area and thus the potential of your winery, we will be happy to help you find your way around.
3. Cash register training: In this training you will go through our cash register system in detail with our employee. Topics covered include, for example, the cash register settings, entering cash orders or looking at the cash book.
4. Financial Accounting Training: In this training you will deal extensively with our financial accounting interface and its import and export functions. Ideally, your tax advisor will take part in the training so that he can download his accounting export from Winestro.Cloud himself afterwards.
5. Cellar training: The cellar training includes, as the name suggests, all functions related to the cellar. This includes, for example, the autumn book, keeping wine accounts or cellar evaluation.

On-site training courses

We offer on-site group training courses at our Mainz headquarters, both seasonally adapted to different subject areas and as beginner training courses. The most important basic settings of the program are explained at the beginning. Furthermore, you will be guided through the program once, from the customer to the order, the most important points are played through. Dates for these training courses are shared via our social media and newsletter. The costs for participation can be found in the current price overview or in the respective newsletter.

On-site training at your facility

This is possible to a limited extent if you are able to organise an appropriate number of participants and / or can afford the costs, are not too far away from our company headquarters and arrange a date with us relatively far in advance. A suitable room with a projection screen is also essential.
