These are inactive customers who should no longer appear in any program step. Every customer can be turned into a deadbeats / old customer in their respective Customer-Card.
To do this, open the customer file and click on the “old customer" icon in the customer file .
Old customers can be permanently deleted, see En:Delete Customer. However, a partial corpse offers the option of retaining the customer's orders, invoices and transactions (e.g. for their statistics).
In order to view an overview of the old customers, select "deadbeats" in the "Status" field in the "Customers" - "Customer list" main menu. You will then only be shown the dead bodies.
In order to also display the “dead bodies” in the customer search, select “Customers and deadbeats” in the “Status” field (see below). Customers who are marked with this symbol () are the deadbeats.
