In the "System Settings" menu item, you can define the program behavior in your Winestro.Cloud account and tailor it to your personal business processes. You can also easily hide functions of the program that you do not need. It is advisable to take the time to go through the individual settings at the beginning so that the workflow in your daily operations is not hindered when you finally start using the program. The settings can already be made in the demo version of your account and will be easily transferred during a later data migration by the Winestro.Cloud team.

For clarity, we have listed the individual tabs of the system settings according to the structure in Winestro.Cloud. You can also access the individual points directly via the Startseite.

Access

Here you will find all the information on how to manage your En:Acces_data.

Display

Here are all the Display Options explained.

Orders

Here you can find all the settings related to Orders.

Delivery

Here you can find all options related to Delivery.

Invoices

In the Invoices sub-section, you can set up configurations for creating en:Invoices.

Order Confirmation

Here you can automatically reserve the necessary stock for an Order Confirmation.

Email

Here you can find all Email Settings.

E-Label

Under this tab, you will find the registration for E-Labels. Once you have successfully completed the registration process and have been activated by our team, you will also find your required imprint here. Here you can find information about the E-Label.

Completion

If you use Winestro.Cloud without En:official approval, you can specify here after how many days a document should be automatically completed. If you are using the officially approved version, this period is limited to a maximum of 3 days. Completed invoices and credits can no longer be edited.
