In the "System Settings" menu, you can define the program behavior in your Winestro.Cloud account and adapt it to your personal workflows. You can also easily hide features of the program that you do not need. It is advisable to go through the individual settings calmly at the beginning so that the workflow in daily operations is not hindered during the final start with the program. The settings can already be configured in the demo version of your account and can be easily transferred during a later data migration by the Winestro.Cloud team.

For clarity, we have listed the individual tabs of the system settings according to the structure in Winestro.Cloud. You can also access the individual points directly through the Homepage.

Access

Here you will find all the information on how to manage your Access.

Display

Here, all Display Options are explained.

Orders

Here you can find all settings related to Orders.

Delivery

Here you can find all options related to Delivery.

Invoices

In the Invoices sub-section, you can set preferences for creating Invoices.

Order Confirmation

Here you can automatically reserve the necessary stock for an Order Confirmation.

Email

Here you can find all Email Settings.

E-Label

Under this tab, you will find the registration for E-Labels. If you have successfully completed the registration process and have been activated by our team, you will also find your required imprint at this point. Here are the details regarding E-Label.

Conclusion

If you use Winestro.Cloud without official approval, you can specify here after how many days a document should be automatically completed. If you use the officially approved version, this period is limited to a maximum of 3 days. Completed invoices and credit notes can no longer be edited.
