Keybox

In the Keybox, you can store and manage shared access to external systems. This allows all employees who are granted this access to retrieve the relevant login information. The password for the main account is required to access the credentials stored in the Keybox.

For example, access to the general inbox of the vineyard or the website could be stored here.

Editing Keybox

Save New Access

By clicking on the green plus sign, an window appears where a new access (username, password, URL, note) can be saved. The link entered in the URL field directly points to the target page where the login can take place.

Delete Access Credentials

By clicking on the red trash can, saved access credentials can be deleted.
