There are sometimes special conditions for shipping to areas that are difficult to access, like islands (also within Germany).

UPS

UPS may charge additional costs when shipping to islands or areas that are difficult to access. The costs cannot be displayed when the parcel label is created. DPD

There are currently no domestic island surcharges for DPD under our conditions.
