There are various ways for Winestro.Cloud customers to obtain support: Basically, we advise you to use our free Ticketsystem. Nevertheless, telephone support can be requested for a fee in the bronze package.
You will receive a direct dial number from the Silver or Gold Support Package. You can find more information about this here.
Where can telephone support be requested?
Bronze package
Go to Help / Ticket and create a help ticket. Select "callback with costs requested" as priority and write this again briefly. If you describe your problem as well as possible or explain what it is about, the right person will contact you right away, which saves us time and you money. Other ways to contact us:

Silver & Gold Package
In these packages you will receive a direct dial number to the Winestro.Cloud team. The current number (may change) can be found in the programme under Help / Telephone Support. The hotline is usually staffed on working days in Rhineland-Palatinate between 9 am and 4 pm. Outside of these times, please proceed as in the Bronze Package; a member of staff will then get in touch with you as soon as possible!
