Our team regularly offers general beginner training courses as well as training courses on the individual modules and topics for Winestro.Cloud. Our training courses generally take place online via Microsoft Teams; on-site training courses at our office in Mainz or at your company are the exception. When are training courses offered?
We offer training courses every week on multiple days! Just send us an email when you want to join.
How long does a training course take?
It always depends on the topic. But usually 1-2 hours. We inform you of the duration in advance.
What do training courses cost?
The costs for participating in an training can be found in the current price overview on our homepage.
Do I have to prepare in any way?
'Yes! You should definitely have looked into the program before a training course and have already created a customer, an order and an invoice. You should also get an overview in this help wiki in the section Function overview.
Are own questions possible in the trainings?
Our instructors will gladly take the time to answer your questions afterwards or during the course
Do you absolutely need training?
It depends on what to want to use in the program. For example for using our parcel label service a training course in advance in necessary.
Don't be afraid to make mistakes: thanks to the automatic daily and - if necessary - manual backups, you can always undo your test entries. However, since the training courses convey a feeling of security in handling and still show a few tricks of the trade, they can be very helpful in your daily work and make your day-to-day work easier.
Remote-Schulungen via Microsoft Teams
Falls ihr grundsätzliche Fragen zur Verwendung von einzelnen Modulen habt, oder ihr für euch und euren Betrieb einen Schulungsbedarf für einzelne Themengebiete seht, kontaktiert uns gerne per Ticket im Hilfeforum oder per Mail an info@winestro.cloud. Wir werden euch dann umgehend kontaktieren um einen Schulungstermin für euch und eure Mitarbeiter zu finden. Eine Übersicht über die verschiedenen thematischen Schulungen, welche wir für dich vorbereitet haben findest du am Ende dieses Abschnitts. Selbstverständlich kannst du uns auch im Voraus eine Fragenliste zum Themengebiet der jeweiligen Schulung zukommen lassen, das kann dabei helfen die Schulungszeit effektiv zu nutzen. Bei diesen Schulungen gehen unsere Mitarbeiter mit Dir alle Schritte und einzelne Klicks im Call durch. Du hast so die Möglichkeit, wirklich sicher zu gehen, dass Du jeden Ablauf nachvollziehen kannst. Deine Sicherheit im Umgang mit dem Programm steigert sich direkt, da Du die Vorgänge so selbst schon einmal durchspielen kannst.
Darüber hinaus bieten wir mehrmals im Jahr an die jeweilige Saisson angepasst Gruppenschulungen (bspw. Kellerschulungen kurz vor der Weinlese) für euch an. Diese Gruppenschulungen haben mehrere Vorteile für euch, zum einen können wir euch diese Gruppenschulungen zu günstigeren Konditionen anbieten darüber hinaus ergeben sich im Austausch mit den anderen Kollegen neue Perspektiven und Anregungen für die eigene Arbeit.
Unsere Schulungen werden über das Meetingtool Teams gehalten. Bitte stelle sicher, dass Du (und ggf. Deine Mitarbeiter) Dich an einem Arbeitsplatz mit Internet-Zugang befindest. Für einen reibungslosen Verlauf der Schulung empfehlen wir Dir Lautsprecher und Mikro bereits im Voraus angeschlossen und getestet zu haben.
Was passiert, wenn ich meinen Schulungstermin nicht wahrnehmen kann? Bei Absagen bis 48 Stunden vor Schulungsbeginn entstehen Dir keine Kosten. Nach Ablauf dieser Frist müssen wir Dir leider einen Teilbetrag berechnen, da unsere Mitarbeiter sich zu diesem Zeitpunkt schon auf den Termin vorbereitet haben. Natürlich steht es Dir frei, einen Termin zu verschieben. Du wirst dann zur neuen Terminvergabe kontaktiert. Auch hier bitten wir Dich die Frist von 48 Stunden einzuhalten, um Unannehmlichkeiten vorzubeugen.
Individual training
In addition to the group training, you as a Winestro.Cloud customer or interested party also have the option of receiving individual training by telephone from our staff. These training courses can have fixed topics, but can also be specially tailored to your needs. They also have the advantage that they can take place as soon as possible. In the following, you will learn more about variants of individual training, their conditions and subject areas.
How do I arrange an individual training?
In order to book a training, simply contact us in the help forum or via Mail. One of our staff members will then contact you by phone in a timely manner to find a suitable date and to note your topic preferences. You are also welcome to email us your list of questions in advance so that the training time can be used most effectively.
How does a telephone training course work?
Our trainings are currently held via the meeting tool Teams. Please make sure that you (and your employees, if applicable) are at a workstation with Internet access. For the training to run smoothly, we recommend that you have already connected and tested your speakers and microphone in advance.
Learning by doing
With this method, our employees go through all the steps and individual clicks in the call with you. This gives you the opportunity to really make sure that you can understand every step of the process. Your confidence in using the programme increases directly, as you can go through the processes yourself.
Remote maintenance via AnyDesk
With this method, our employee will first ask you to download the free remote maintenance programme AnyDesk and install it on your computer. This programme enables us to access your computer and thus your Winestro.Cloud account directly. In this way, you can follow every click on your screen live, while the processes that are complicated for you are professionally run through.
What happens if I cannot make my training appointment?
If you cancel up to 48 hours before the start of the training, you will not incur any costs. After this deadline, we unfortunately have to charge you a partial amount, as our staff have already prepared for the appointment at this point. Of course, you are free to postpone an appointment. You will then be contacted for a new appointment. Again, we ask you to keep to the 48-hour deadline to prevent any inconvenience.
What kind of individual trainings are available to me?
- Start-up service: The start-up service is recommended for new customers who want to make the transition to Winestro.Cloud as smoothly as possible. Here you will first learn how to make your basic settings. In addition, you will learn more about the essential processes in the areas of customers, articles, orders and mail. - Start Service+: We offer the Startservice+ if you do not wish a training by telephone but a personal training on site exclusively for your winery. It is a three-hour appointment during which we make the basic settings together with you and familiarise you with the most important processes of Winestro.Cloud. - Focus training courses: If you are an advanced user and would like telephone training on a specific topic, our focus training courses are the right choice for you. In this way, you can comprehensively use and benefit from the diverse potentials of Winestro.Cloud. You can also register your interest in our focus training courses via the Weinbau-online Webshop.
- Impact training: A loft training covers all points of the area of work in the vineyard and focuses on the efficient use of loft recording as well as loft evaluation. In this way, at the end of a vintage, you can determine exactly how much each bottle has cost in production.
- Newsletter training: In the newsletter training course you will learn everything you need to know about successfully addressing customers by mail. Starting with customer selection, through setting up the newsletter interface, to using the newsletter designer.
- Statistics training: Some time ago, we fundamentally expanded the statistics area of Winestro.Cloud and restructured it in favour of better clarity. In this area you should now find all the evaluations your winemaker's heart desires. In order to be able to fully exploit the potential of the new statistics area and thus the potential of your winery, we will be happy to help you find your way around.
- Cash register training: In this training you will go through our cash register system in detail with our employee. Topics covered include, for example, the cash register settings, entering cash orders or looking at the cash book.
- Financial Accounting Training: In this training you will deal extensively with our financial accounting interface and its import and export functions. Ideally, your tax advisor will take part in the training so that he can download his accounting export from Winestro.Cloud himself afterwards.
- Cellar training: The cellar training includes, as the name suggests, all functions related to the cellar. This includes, for example, the autumn book, keeping wine accounts or cellar evaluation.
- Further training courses: We are also happy to prepare training courses on other special topics for you. In addition, training courses are available to answer questionnaires that arise time and again in the course of day-to-day business. Simply contact us via the help forum or send us an e-mail [1].
