To make the transition to Winestro as easy and smooth as possible for you, we offer you a range of options to help you get started professionally. We always focus on your needs and the conditions in your company. The packages we have put together for you are based on the experience we have gained in converting over 1600 businesses, from start-up wineries to established large businesses with complex corporate structures.

Beginner service

The beginner service is particularly suitable for smaller companies with simple operating structures and a small number of employees who primarily work with our basic package. The starter service consists of two remote maintenance appointments of 45 minutes each via Microsoft Teams. In the first appointment, we will work with you to make the basic settings within the program to adapt the functions and processes in Winestro to your operating procedures and personal requirements. In a second appointment, you will have the opportunity to clarify any questions that have arisen in the first few days of working with Winestro. An ideal addition to the beginner service is the data transfer from your existing merchandise management program. The beginner service and data transfer together form the basis for being able to continue working seamlessly with Winestro within a few days after the changeover.

The Winestro.Cloud start-up service

When changing the ERP system of larger companies with several employees and more complex company structures, we recommend that you and your team receive professional support for your start with Winestro.Cloud. We have combined various services in our start service packages, which are tailored to the needs of companies of different sizes and complexity. The more comprehensive the selected start service package is, the more closely we can support you during the changeover phase. Please note that the individual packages build on each other, i.e. the more comprehensive packages contain all the services of the smaller packages in addition to the specific services. You can always find the current costs for each item on our homepage. A recurring element in the Start Service packages are our Jourefix appointments, where we sit down with you for an hour each via remote maintenance and clarify your individual questions or train you and your team in special training courses on topics of your choice.

Start Service Basic

The Start Service Basic combines the two most important elements for a successful changeover with the starter service (see above) and data transfer (incl. process check) and supplements these with three additional jour fixe appointments, in addition to which we connect you to our package brand service at no extra cost.

Start service

The Start Service includes four additional Jour Fixe appointments (7 in total), plus our financial accounting training and another special training course of your choice (e.g. cellar training, cash register training, etc.) to give you the tools you need to map the processes in your business faster, easier and therefore more cost-effectively in the future. We also connect your online store to Winestro.Cloud so that, for example, orders from your online store can be processed directly in Winestro.Cloud. In addition, we lay the foundation for successful newsletter marketing by providing you with a DOI form so that interested customers can register for your newsletter easily and in compliance with GDPR and end up directly in your customer base.

Startservice-Plus

In addition to the services from the Start Service, you will receive 9 additional (16 in total) Jourfixe appointments and a fixed contact person from the Winestro team. This ensures that you receive close support during and after your change of software.

Startservice-Gold

In addition to 5 further Jour Fixe appointments (21 in total), you will receive individual support from one of our managing developers as part of the Start Service Gold. This means that individual adaptations of the program to your operating processes can be presented as part of your Jour Fixe contingent. In addition, your employees receive the opportunity to be certified, which means that your employees are trained by us in a structured process, so that you always achieve a high level of training and smooth working in your winery, even in the event of a change of personnel.
